I began my career in Optics over 25 years ago, completing my Ophthalmic Dispensing Optician diploma in 2002. Working for an independent practice in East London for 18 years and spending time working for an optical startup and for well-known high-street opticians has given me broad and engaging experiences. I started a family in 2008 and have worked part-time since then. With a desire to continually improve my professional competencies, I successfully completed a Vision Science Honours Degree when I started with DH Thomas in the spring of 2022.
I moved to the Saffron Walden 5 years ago and enjoy daily dog walks around the fields or the grounds of Audley End. It is such a vibrant town with a welcoming community that I feel lucky to be able to work and raise my children here.
